Contacts List Conversion Word to Microsoft Access 2010

Looking for somebody to convert an existing contacts database.

I've attached an example page from my word document to show the formating and general content although additional fields sometimes maybe required i.e. comments or notes.

Document totals around 892 Pages and 1 contact per page.

Access database has been created so just a case of copying from one piece of software to another would prefer English speaking freelancer who understands uk address and postcode structure.
