Configure wordpress plugins and theme

Job Description is as follows:
-front end user login/registration
-member profile area
-guest and subscribed members can submit listings(personal information)
-search form for listings on home page(name, date of birth)
-subscribed members can view infinite listings
-guest users can view listings as a pay per view option

The site is going to be a people finder site
