Completion of partially-built Wordpress site

Brief: The site is for a wellness consultancy firm, providing information on diet and fitness. There are currently 10 pages; the home page has already been built and needs minor tweaking. The remaining pages will be similar in structure to the home page. Some of the issues I need addressing in particular are:
- styling (ie curved borders on menus and some images);
- resizing images so that they are not distorted;
- ensuring that page displays correctly in all browsers.
Some of the features required include:
- blog + blogroll
- gallery page with click-through capabilities to the relevant site;
- contact page
- box on home page featuring a "product of the week"
This project would suit an experienced website builder with solid WordPress experience. A key goal is for me to be able to update the site independently going forward without help.
