Complete a medical app for iphone/ipad and also program for blackberry

I currently have 2 text apps see www.globalclinicalsolutions.net and a medical calculator app that is 85% complete for iphone/ipad. These are specifically for the clinical research industry. My friend has been programming for me adhoc for the past year and no longer has time to complete this project due to family commitments. I would also like to have the medical calculator app programmed for blackberry and potentially android. I have 1 more app in the early planning stages. These are simple apps to help clinical research professionals so they don't need to carry too many manuals around hospitals.

Please quote to complete the iphone/ipad calculator app and to program for blackberry. Please provide examples of apps you have already programmed.
