Compile a 30 second advert (video)

I need a 30 second advert compiled to promote an event taking place in October. I want the advert based on the advert from last year (but better) which can be found here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cgl8E587IUw

I would also like to use some footage from last years event which can be found here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNOLydnQhs4&feature=relmfu

I pretty much know how I want the advert, just need it put together in 2 weeks.
