Company Logo Design

I am looking for a logo to be designed for my company.

I am a training consultancy and my company name is Key Training and Development. My current logo that I designed is an old fashioned key, and the 'k' from the word key is made up of the old fashioned style key.

I want to keep the key aspect as my strap line is 'unlocking your potential' but I feel the key is a little too old fashioned. I want something more modern and up to date.

I would be happy for the logo to just have Key 'TDC' as the text element as I have the 'training and development consultancy' in the company details of my letter head etc...

I really am open to suggestions.

The colour I am happy to change, at the minute it is a blue/purple colour but I would like something brighter and more eye catching. Would consider a multi colours.

I really just want something fresh and modern and eye catching.

I have put £50 but would consider more for the right design. I would like it in electronic format so I can use on my website and my company literature etc... probably Jpeg and Png file.
