Cold calling

i am a self storage business based in basingstoke and i want to start targeting a few business sectors and offer them self storage.

We offer cost effective storage for our customers and we can really compete on price with the large storage companies in some cases we are a 1/3rd the cost. For a 160sqft Unit lock n Store charge £300pm we charge £125pm

Basically want someone to create a database/spreadsheet of a certain business sector (Builders/tradesman) and then call them all up asking if they rent or use self storage. And then ask whether we can arrange a meeting to see if we can save them some money.
