Clean + Fresh Wordpress website designed and developed

Hi guys, thanks for looking. I am a teacher of Creative Media and have set up a small company that offers a training service within other schools. I currently have a website.

The website is good however I need a new one that is more targeted at educational training, rather than private media production. I have created a range of products using a re-brand of the company, one which I now wish to use within the website. This is based around a clean white background, using baby blue and pastel grey.

I have a very clear idea of what I want, and a lot of the content from the original website can be transferred straight across. However, the old website was made using a template and so is over engineered in places.
I need someone who can design a clean and fresh website that is aesthetically pleasing and then programme it to work on all platforms, utilising media relevant plugins.

I cannot hire someone based purely around an hourly rate, you must give an indication of how much you expect this project to cost. Most of the training that we offer is free and so we do not have a great deal to invest.
