Character reference

A close person to me have been out of employment for a number of years to raise he daughter. She has been given a job as a cleaner at a local school, and she have asked me to write her a character reference. I have done the bulk of it, just need it rewritten professionally, sound logic, and grammar/punctuation ready to post by tomorrow. More can added taken away etc. She's a lovely lady, really want it to be amazing for her. hope you can help.
