Changes to the website and adding the website into a new host that I have signed with

My website was completed by someone else, but there is still a few changes that I want to be done as it was done a year ago and a few things changed. My website has a CMS system (lucidcms)

My project is an online magazine (eZine) where people can subscribe and download it off my website. Before I was going to sell a printer version but that has been canceled and the paper version has to be invisible for now (but will need it for the future).

I also need a SSL certificate installed, eZine preview added to the website, pictures submissions sent to my email instead to my CMS system and some other small changes. Also I will be adding lots more to my website, including every month I will need the magazine preview flash file to be added to the website.

Once the someone subscribe (3-6-12months) they will receive a message with a notification saying that the new issue is available, and that I need to check and make sure the subscription is working right and as it should be.

Since the website isnt live right now, I guess it would be easier for us to agree a price to put my website live into the new web host that I have signed with, and once that is done I can check the website and perhaps we can do a screen sharing, where I will be showing where and which changes needs to be done, and you can give a new quote for the changes alone...

I need someone with quick emails reply and being in india wouldn't help, due to time differences as I am in Morocco right now. But if you can guarantee quick answers, we could have a go.
