Cartoon Design for Leaflet

Description: We are looking for someone to draw a cartoon to use on a leaflet. We do have quite a short deadline on this so I will be choosing someone by next week and would hope to have the image completed within one week of picking an applicant. The expected budget is a guideline price.

The brief for the cartoon is;
- A male builder (it should be obvious that he is a builder as that is our demographic)
- He will be posting a letter/quote through a letterbox (UK red letterbox)
- We will need to see his face and he will need to have a worried/uncertain expression
- The scenery behind him will need to be simple so as not to detract from him, possibly on a road with a company van in sight with company sign on it (e.g. Bloomfield & Sons or something)
- The man will need to have a thought bubble coming out of his head (text not 100% decided on yet so will need to be blank for now)

Specifications
- It will be an A5 leaflet but preferably image to be done in a bigger size in case of quality issues when printing
- Black and white (possibly may need colour on it but we want to see how it looks in black and white first)
