Calling ex members

Hi

I support membership bodies with development work - mainly around marketing and comms.

I have been asked to submit a proposal for calling a couple of hundred lapsed members of the organisation. To a) try to encourage them back into membership and b) if not, find out why they left etc.

I need all the activity recorded on a spreadsheet. It is likely I'll be doing some of the calls, but not sure I'll have time for them all.

I am looking to pay somebody by the hour (commission it too complicated for this one off job), so I am looking for your price per hour which includes your call costs. The calls are to a mixture of land and mobile numbers.

And I am particulary looking for people who have dealt with association/membership organisation members/ex members previously.

I can provide a briefing and some points, but you won't really be able to work off a script as the conversation will probably be more free flowing than that.

These calls are likely to be made during end of Feb/Mar over a couple of week period, during the day. The proposal is due in early next week.
