Three contracts for employees required

I run an IFA frm, Ethical Futures ( www.ethicalfuturres.co.uk ) in Edinburgh - specialising in ethical investment advice. We have a four full time and one part-time members of staff.

I am way behind on issuing contracts for members of staff - all different situations - as noted below:-
1) fixed term contract (6 months) for intern now offered fixed term contract from feb 1st 2021.
2) Permanent Contract for full time admin - overdue from summer last year - previously n 6 month fix
3) Updating of terms for part - tme admin previously on 'term time' contract now reverting to full year part time contract.

as members of FSB we have used their templates to date - I'm happy to continue to use these for consistency - unless advice otherwise.

In near future also thinking of review of policies and additional HR support requirements.

I'm new to this PPH approach - so let me know if this is of interst and how we progress from here.
