Self assessment return which includes crypto currency gains

Hi, I am an employee so have my P60 for the last tax year. I also have capital gains from crypto currency which are already worked out through an online software package, it shows how much is due as a result of capital gains. I need someone who can complete the self assessment forms on my behalf so that my taxes can be paid and everything that legally needs to be done is done. Should be straight forward but as I don't know the tax system I would rather leave it to a professional. Thanks.
