Accountant needed to be compliant with HMRC

I am a first-time contractor looking working in IT and photography.
I am looking for an accountant to help me with UK business and ensuring that I am compliant with current tax regulations set out by HMRC.

I need help deciding if I should operate via an umbrella company or as a limited company.

Please let me know how you can help and how much time is needed to assist someone in my situation and how much you charge. I am looking to do my own book keeping.
