I require a virtual receptionist to provide phone support for my company.
The job requires:
Taking calls from our skype Number - This can be redirected to your home or mobile (UK only) or you can login into the company skype.
Taking Messages or providing basic pricing over the phone.
Calls are to be recorded on google sheets and messages added to a project in asana.
Payment will be with be £10 PW as an inclusive retainer which covers the first 4 calls and any additional call will be £1.50 per call, we do not expect calls to last longer than 5 minutes.
for example.
6 calls = 4 calls (£10) + 2 x £1.5 = £13
The job will require excellent customer service skills and spoken English.
The company is an engineering consultancy so we would not expect you to undertake any sales etc.
As this is background work it would be well suited to someone who works from home or a VA company

Hi Leese, i am considering applying for this position as I am very familiar with this role having worked for a marine and engineering consultancy for a number of years. However, I have noticed that you didn't specify how many hours this project is for? Are you looking for someone to be available all day?
