Virtual PA to answer telephone enquiries

I run a dance company. We sell courses and private lessons for Ballroom and Latin social dancing.

My phone is constantly ringing with enquirers who need to speak to someone who understands their questions and can deal with them and close business immediately.

As I am a one man band this is proving to be impossible.

I need someone to answer the phone for me during office hours and possibly during the evening as well.

You need to gain an understanding of what we are offering so that you can deal with queries and advise the callers as to which course they should join, then book them in.

A number of enquiries arrive by email and these need to be called as soon as they arrive and chased until the person has actually been spoken to. Some of these calls will need to be made in the early evening.

It is not a huge job - perhaps 5 to 10 calls (incoming and outgoing) per day.

The person I need has to be articulate and friendly with a good speaking voice as the objective is to sell lessons and encourage people to join. You must be able to spell accurately and write clear messages as you will also be required to send emails on behalf of the company. You will be working from home.

Full training on the services will be given.
