Virtual Assistant providing customer service

Hi

I am looking a virtual assistant with experience in customer service to manage and respond to client queries and provide customer support. This will be an ongoing position and will take around 1-3 hours per day depending on the volume of queries. Ideally I will need the work to be done between 09:00-12:00 BST every week day. I need someone who is fluent in English, organised and have a passion for customer service.
