Virtual Assistant for Creative Ecommerce Businesses

I'm looking to bring on a full time VA. Myself and my business are on GMT/BST UK Time, I don't mind where you work so long as you are diligent and complete your work daily. With any holiday or anything else discussed ahead of time.
I have a small scale Ecommerce business that sells interior goods so I need help with the general admin as well as other creative projects, so if you have experience with Shopify, Etsy and Ebay, that's a plus.
I want to know that you are also able to do basic image editing and other creative tasks, full instructions will always be provided.

Tasks will consist of:

> Emails
+ Sorting
+ Writing

> Customer Inquiries
+ We're small scale so only a few a week

> General Ecommerce Projects
(I have a full team that cover this, but this will be for odd jobs that I deal with directly.)
+ Image editing, copywriting via Shopify, Etsy and Ebay
+ Image and Video Uploading

> Excel/Sheets
+ Data Keeping for products and general admin tasks

> Researching and compiling info into word doc

This is my first time hiring a VA so I'm sure there will be more that I haven't thought of, I'll clearly discuss with you and set out guide lines so you wont be left feeling unsure.
Looking to pay £25 a month for everything.
I have set £40 for onboarding and training.
