About the Role

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant / Talent Sourcer to help us find Full Stack Developer candidates.
Your main job is to search, identify, and share qualified candidates who match our hiring needs.

You’ll be paid per candidate that meets our qualification criteria — ideal for someone detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Search for Full Stack Developer profiles on job boards, LinkedIn, and talent platforms

Review candidate experience to ensure they meet our criteria

Record and submit candidate details in a tracking sheet

Communicate professionally with potential candidates if needed

Report progress and maintain organized sourcing records

Requirements

High-level English fluency (American accent preferred)

Prior experience sourcing or recruiting technical talent

Strong communication and research skills

Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
