Extra notes: Urgently need someone to make a few changes to the financials on a business plan. However I have not got the original excel spreadsheet so Im not sure if the figures would need to be done again.

Break down of items to be changed:

The cost of advertising (flyering) will be more in years one - amend the printing and stationary figure to reflect this.
Also in the BP I stated that the company will hold discounts three times a year to encourage buyers to place bigger orders - these discounts have not been allowed for in sales margin in the financials - to amend.

For the financial summary we have stated that ' Estimates are extremely conservative in the budgeting process' and all annual assumptions are based on a stable economy. Provide a simple table that shows profit for a slightly worse economy so there are two situations to work from and that will also ensure all areas are covered. Such as prudent assumption of 10% decrease in sales.

Re look at wages in Expenses forecast, wages have almost doubled from FY2014 - FY2016, look at this money being reinvested back into the business.

Re look at advertising budget, so it is higher in year one, two and three, and then more steady in 2017 and 2018.

Re look at office suppliers and account for inflation. (packaging, etc)

Will send BP once agreed with buyer.
