URGENT receptionist a few Confirmation Calls to be done before 1pm TODAY

Receptionist not in:

Need a virtual assistant to quickly make calls to a few people attending our event today so calls need to be made professionally by a native English speaker. (a handy script is provided).

There are also about 5 or so return calls to be made for voicemails and other emails received.

Finally about 10 calls are needed to chase clients whose debit cards declined recently and we just need a date for when the payment will be received or an alternative card.

Bid now acceptance of the right person will be within 30 mins. Place best bid, and provide confirmation that you are a native English speaker, and that you have experience speaking to customers in the past.

A website and phone number will be handy too. We will call you to ensure you sound right, but the contract will be given within PPH.
