Hello- needing a letter for an employee I have suspended pending disciplinary action due to trying to steal clients during work. (Beautician). She had already resigned for 25th May but I would like to go through the process to actually terminate her contract sooner with no pay as is gross misconduct. I need a letter inviting her to a disciplinary ASAP.
