We are an online ecommerce company we require someone to contact our delivery companies to chase up on parcels that have gone missing
The applicant must be dedicated and driven.
The role will be online so can be done remotely. The applicant will need to be available monday to friday 9 to 5 to chase up enquiries as they come into us and then you will contact the courier and then update the details of the parcels.
There is no real skills involved other than having good telephone skills and able to
