Telesales Executive

We’re looking for confident and motivated telesales professionals to join our remote sales team. You’ll be selling custom-designed websites to small and medium-sized businesses across the UK. This is a commission-only role, offering 30% commission per sale – with no cap on your earnings.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
Promote our web design services clearly and professionally
Understand client needs and offer tailored website packages
Close sales and pass confirmed orders to our development team
Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and sales

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in telesales or cold calling
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
Comfortable working independently (remote)

What You Get:
