Telephone call answering service

we require a telephone call answering service monday to sunday 0800 to 2200. we have requests from potential customers to arrange a surveyor to visit them after a property damage incident has occurrred ie. water leak, storm damage, flood damage. we only have a small number of call i.e 5 to 10 calls a week.
we require you to take down client contact details and property damage details and email this to our surveyor as they come in.
we are looking for a well spoken person to help expand our business and must be reliable. all calls will be diverted to them and we cannot afford to lose any business due to a call not being answered. we are the first point of call and if the call is not answered we will lose the business to a competitor.
we are looking for a UK based service provider.
