Telephone answering service

Hello,

We already have a telephone answering service, but are increasingly dissatisfied with the value for money they provide.

We currenltly have about 100 calls per month answered by the service. We need you to have an intelligent and friendly manner and to answer the calls in our company\'s name. We need you to take accurate messages and be able to transfer calls to our people\'s mobile phones when appropriate. We are an IT company; some calls may contain technical information, which we need you to write down in a precise and complete way.
