Technical supporter for remote laptop setup (US Based)

We are looking for a reliable US-based individual to host and manage laptops that will be accessed remotely by software engineers traveling internationally.

Responsibilities:
• Receive, set up, and maintain multiple laptops at your location
• Configure devices based on provided guidelines and ensure stable internet connectivity
• Keep laptops powered on and accessible for daily remote use
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as software updates, basic troubleshooting, and system checks
• Monitor device condition and report any issues promptly
• Coordinate with engineers to support access schedules and technical needs

Requirements:
• Must be based in the United States
• Comfortable with basic laptop setup and configuration
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple devices
• Strong communication skills
• Prior IT support experience is a plus

Compensation:
• $150 per laptop per month
