Estimated project duration: Ongoing
Full time technical support desk analyst required for 30 hours a week post, providing support to our growing base of retail clients. You will be required to provide technical support and training to customers using our EPOS software and systems, book engineer call-outs, etc.
Basic skills required include ability to install applications and drivers, configure routers and other hardware. Some familiarity with MySQL beneficial. Retail knowledge also beneficial.
Problem solving skills essential, as will be your ability to learn quickly and acquire new skills on-the-job. Good, clear English (both written and spoken) absolutely essential. Fluency in Urdu and/or Punjabi beneficial but by no means essential.
During quiet periods you may be required to assist with general admin work.
The post requires that the ideal candidate be professional, patient and polite.
You must have a fast and reliable broadband connection to work with our VoIP service and access our web based support and business management tools.
