Geographical areas: Initially Edinburgh. Then Glasgow, Scotland wide, possibly the key cities in England too.
Target customers: Financial and professional services corporates with over 500 staff. You will be speaking to the decision marketers - HR Directors/Managers.
Make calls to senior HR managers/directors in large corporates with over 500 staff. The corporates will likely be across all sectors but the primary focus is financial and the professional services sectors at this stage. You job is to establish what there current training solution is, what software they used internally and find out if they would be interested in such a product.
If there is interest, I'd ideally be looking for you to follow up with email (template provided) and make follow-up calls to arrange appointments. Although I provide the data, you may have to find the key contacts and relevant emails or phone numbers etc.
I am looking for someone to take a lead. You will take full control of the sales process from the initial call to setting up appointments. Good verbal and written comms are essential.
Trial project : This is a half a day trial. If the chosen candidate is successful and achieves 2-5 appointments from the list of chosen and interested prospects they will be hired for ongoing work and future projects.
Fixed price: £50 is for up to 50 calls (Likely 20 to 40 selected calls, all UK-based landlines).
I am not looking to hire someone that needs a script or reads from a script. You must be reliable & results driven.
