Seeking Business Plan assistance for SaaS product - for investment software web

General information: we are a software as a service startup serving small businesses and bloggers

Industry: Internet/Software

Target audience: SMBs, Micro-Enterprise, Bloggers, Media...possibly data-related services

Research needed: yes

Chapters needed: Market Analysis & Drivers, Competitive Advantage, Marketing & Sales Strategy, Staffing & Operations, Financials

The majority of the plan has been drafted, however I do not write plans and am not good with "professional" writing for business purpose...I lack flair!

Purpose : plan is for Angel / Seed Investor

Creativity is required...

You need to;
- refine the document and adjust the language
- articulate the benefits, market drivers, competitive advantage etc
- possibly provide assistance with financials
- possibly carry out some research if gaps are found
- keep things concise; size is not everything! ;)

You must be able to;
- demonstrate previous work on software products; Software as a Service in particular
- be familiar with startups
- be familiar with Angel / VC funding
- be creative; my main struggle is with USP / Competitive advantage

Ideally you have experience in;
- marketing &/or of marketing products
- product development (software, apps)
- SaaS & online business models
