Sales Support

We run a training business in hot technology niche. I am looking for someone to manage our sales inbox. We get about 20 emails each day. There is no need to respond immediately, but a fast response always helps win clients over. The questions are usually very similar, so the answers are quite easy. I just need someone to answer the emails, route them to the right person in our team, and put them into our CRM to schedule a follow-up.
