Remote customer services

I am looking for flexible and reliable professional people who can handle inbound customer service telephone calls to help support our office teams at busy times.

You must be well polite and spoken with able to commit to 2 - 3 fixed hours per day (Business hours, Mon. to Fri.). The calls will be identical in nature and will required you to take some information from the caller and then process that information via an online admin page.

Calls should last no more than 2 minutes each and will be recorded for quality assurance and training.
