I haven't heard back from your customer service, so I thought it best to contact the boss directly.
"I wanted to feature one of my hourlies (bespoke business plan with cash flow statement). I entered my card details and was redirected to what I assume is the system you use to take payments. Once I got there, it told me that there had been an error or words to that effect and that I should try again later. Thus, I tried again, with the same result. Then I went to check my payments on PPH and I've been charged what looks like 4 times.
As I hope you can understand this was not my intention and I would appreciate a refund if I have been charged more than one featuring fee.
