This is a phone sales role and will involve you actively targeting potential candidates/clients.
Work to build a relationship with existing clients and forge new relationships by targeting potential new prospects:
•Pro-actively cold call new clients and existing ones.
Work to source and develop relationships with potential and existing candidates:
•Source candidates by calling prospects and actively head hunting individuals in target firms.
•Assess and interview potential candidates (over the phone) for your roles.
