Recruitment / HR Support - Executive Level Candidate Screening (20 minutes per call)

I require potential new candidates to be quickly screened over the telephone on 20 minute conversations, these are executive level candidates, this job would suit someone with recruitment / hr experience previously but not essential, a good confident person on the phone would easily be able to do this also.

I would like to be able to offer 8 hours per week over time / sporadically over the course of the week and once someone has proven their worth and capabilities.
