Our company is a professional recruitment agency that provides the full package of recruitment services but at fixed price saving clients thousands in agencies' fees.
We are looking for a number of Recruitment Telesales experts who can be based anywhere but who can deliver results, low cost high volume sales over the phone and email.
Your role will be making B2B sales calls targeting Recruitment Managers / Human Resources Managers and small businesses owners in the UK with the aim to sell online recruitment packages. All our packages are great value to clients and will save them a lot of money and hassle.
We can provide database for calls but ideally, we are looking for someone who would approach this project with "can- do" attitude and use their own initiative to indentify the best ways to approach the prospects and sell them products or geberate leads and start building relationship. We are looking for someone who will be more of a partner rather than just someone who will make a few calls. We need individuals who can be commited, reliable and who can deliver quality work / results.
Requirements:
- Fluent / Native English speaker
- Highly motivated self starter
- Prior telesales experienced is essential, ideally in recruitment, advertising or media sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident MS Office user
- Can provide past proof of work similar to this
We offer:
- Minimum basic payment
- Uncapped Commission on all closed sales (once the min target is reached) – 15%
- Commission on qualifying leads
- Support in closing larger deals
- Flexibility in hours – you can do as many hours as you want, ideally a min of 20 hours per week.
If we work well together, this would be an ongoing partnership with the view to enhance the role.
