Hi - I am looking for someone to assist me in putting together a real estate database of Class "A" offices in Bucharest / Romania.
The project will involve:
* researching certain select websites and inserting the information in a predefined spreadsheet
* information to be presented is basic at this initial stage and will include:
** property name
** address
** GLA (square meters)
** number of buildings
** year of completion
** green certification
** owner
* the info to be presented in English
At this 1st phase of the project we will limit the info to the above, and deepening on the success, we may move to the next phases.
