Property Manager

Objective of the Role:
The Property Managers main objective is to manage all aspects on behalf of the landlord in a compliant way

Duties and Responsibilities
• Efficiently deal with Landlord and Tenant enquiries
• Handling all maintenance enquiries
• Keeping good communication with landlords and tenants
• Registering and creating new tenancy agreement
• Ensuring company crm is up to date

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

• A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach

Requirements
• Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A strong customer focus
• Desire to meet and exceed targets
