Project manager/producer/organiser needed for my part time project

I am a visual designer, usually working on large website builds as part of a London agency. I am looking to pick up additional work for small clients and personal projects outside of regular office hours (GMT zone).

I am looking for a Freelancer/small company who can take the lead on project management and strategy tasks for my projects so that I can focus on the creative work.

In particular I have an upcoming multi phased small-medium website design and development project with a soft launch in March

Tasks:
* Assist in creating proposal for upcoming work
* Create quote & SOWs for website design and development work
* Assist with setting project timelines and deliverables
* Proofing contract and any other small management tasks

Requirements: Previous experience working on creative projects (design and/or development) is a must. Marketing/sales experience would be a bonus.

The work is very flexible and part time. I am looking for a rapport for ongoing work beyond my immediate need.
