Project Manager for Development Projects

I am an energy developer with a series of solar and gas projects in Italy, UK, Ghana and India.

I'm getting a bit overwhelmed with all of the different ongoing projects and I need a project manager to help me manage the different workstreams.

There are a large number of subcontractors doing different tasks like electrical design, cartography and planning. I need someone to increasingly monitor who is doing what & what needs to be accomplished when. Over time, the project manager will take on some more technical roles, but currently there is a need for someone to project manage teams of subcontractors and some of the site acquisition / lead generation process.
