We are embarking on an ambitious journey from initial idea conception to a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO). To help guide us through this complex process, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager who is particularly proficient in using both Monday.com and Notion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan using Monday.com, detailing each phase of our startup journey, including idea validation, planning, funding, product development, market launch, scaling, and IPO preparation.
Utilize Notion to document and manage important project resources, including but not limited to business plans, technical blueprints, legal documents, and financial reports.
Facilitate team collaboration, ensuring all team members are aligned and updated on project progress and any changes.
Regularly monitor and report on the progress of the project, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Work closely with the leadership team to ensure strategic objectives are met and the project remains on track.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in project management, particularly within the tech/startup environment.
Expertise in using Monday.com for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
Proficiency in Notion for documentation management and team collaboration.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the dynamic nature of startup projects.
