Professional CSR Representaive(s) to handle Hotel/Travel Complaints

We are looking for reliable & professional freelancers or a team to deal with guests complaints from various hotels.

1. You must have worked in the hotel/travel industry before, or have extensive experience with customer complaints, sales, or public relations.

2. The members of the team or the freelancer that will apply for this job must speak English + one of the following languages:
French
Spanish
Italian
Arabic
If you can speak more than one language you are more than welcomed.

4. You will have to work from your office/home.

5. You must have stable and high speed internet connection because all calls will be made using VOIP platform.
