Production of a Business Plan

We are a European start-up looking for an experienced individual to help us with the development of a business plan.

A rough business plan currently exists but we need to develop this plan further so that it can be submitted to various business angel organisations to gain private investment.

We will send you the rough business plan, and then we propose to have a Skype meeting with you to explain the full extent of the startup. During this Skype meeting we expect you to lead the conversation asking pertinent questions and highlighting areas that need to be covered in more detail.

Understanding our competition is extremely important and we expect to do your own research above and beyond the information provided by us.

There are no current financials, so this will need to be reviewed as per our estimates by an accounting firm to be chosen by us upon completion of your project.

Few notes on the Business Plan:
1. Executive Summary should be no more than one page in length;
2. The full content should be no longer than 14 pages, concise and to the point; We want to follow the standard format as set out in Angellist
3. We will need the final product in Word format;
4. Developed with a view that the plan will be used as a means for development of a PowerPoint presentation by the management team.
5. Business Plan and Financial will need to be separate and we will work with an Accounting firm to prepare the Financials.

The selected candidate will need to provide references, be able to communicate with us during the development process via phone, Skype and email at times mutually convenient.

Communication is key throughout the process and you will be working with the CEO and the CTO of the company. You will also be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement before starting the work once we agree to all terms.
