Price comparison site SEO review

We are a price comparison site which uses the revenue form click-throughs to invest in solar energy, which costs nothing extra to the customer. We need to compete in organic search, and I am looking for an SEO wizard to help get us a better performance. To start with, I'd like to just have an SEO review of our current site so I can assess what needs to be done. This work should be done in no more than 8 hrs. I'd expect a written report with screenshots, and recommendations on what should be improved, and how. Also, please provide additional information on how to balance the use of paid search against organic in order to build site traffic.
