Planning code advice on a warehouse for use as a Dog Daycare

I'm looking for someone who knows their way around, the change of Planning codes for the new E-code.
We run a dog daycare and overnight kennels, which were Sui Generis when we opened them eight years ago.
Since then, I have been looking into the changes around code E, and although kennels are Sui Generis, the code seems ambivalent for just Daycare, where there are no overnight stays.
A number of the new businesses included in E in September 2020 seem to indicate that if no overnight stays are involved, then code E might be applicable. We are looking at a class E warehouse for a new branch and to open with no change of use would be helpful
A number of similar human uses, (Crèches and Day Nurseries) as well as specific calls around Veterinary Practice (Vets) and Dog Grooming Parlours were included in E.
Looking for someone who can prepare examples and a case for how our Dog Daycare service (7am to 7pm only) could be suitable for class E
For relevance - here is the government change :
Class E. Commercial, Business and Service
Use, or part use, for all or any of the following purposes—
(a)for the display or retail sale of goods, other than hot food, principally to visiting members of the public,
(b)for the sale of food and drink principally to visiting members of the public where consumption of that food and drink is mostly undertaken on the premises,
(c)for the provision of the following kinds of services principally to visiting members of the public—
(i)financial services,
(ii)professional services (other than health or medical services), or
(iii)any other services which it is appropriate to provide in a commercial, business or service locality,
(d)for indoor sport, recreation or fitness, not involving motorised vehicles or firearms, principally to visiting members of the public,
(e)for the provision of medical or health services, principally to visiting members of the public, except the use of premises attached to the residence of the consultant or practitioner,
(f)for a creche, day nursery or day centre, not including a residential use, principally to visiting members of the public,
