Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
- Your job is to watch our support tool (Intercom) and chat to clients as soon as they engage with us over chat
- this is only part time job, you can work on other jobs also
- for 15 days you only have to talk to maximum of 30 people, if it is more that 30 then we will pay extra
- We are looking for support staff to manage our Online Chat for our video editing site
- between California time between two time slots you can pick
9 am to 5 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm
- from monday to Sunday
- The goal is to answer queries / engage the customer / collect his contacts
