We have just opened an office in Nottingham and need someone to answer our calls.

We don't expect to get a huge number of calls - therefore, it wasn't worth us persuing an virtual office consultant. You must have polite telephone manner and have a landline which we can forward calls to. On all occasions, they MUST be answered in our company name.

Our telephone systems allow us transfer all calls to our numbers to you. We will then need to get telephone messages of calls made to us. We will not expect these to be transferred to us.

As we will not get many calls, we will pay you on a weekly basis on the length of call and the time it has taken to email the message to us. For this reason, we are needing someone to quote an hourly rate. Please let us know your availability as this could be a job share, if you're not always available.

Please note, at the start of this assignment, it could just be 1 hour or less worth of calls. However, as our work increases, the volume of calls will increase too.
