Operations and Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Operations and Customer Service Manager to oversee the operations and customer service for three brands on Etsy and two Sellvia platforms. The brands include baby care, retailer brand and fashion brand. This is an entry-level position, and we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the three brands on Etsy and two Sellvia platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for all products.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure all promotions and marketing campaigns are executed smoothly.
- Continuously analyze and optimize operations and customer service processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with customer service and order processing preferred, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Etsy and/or Sellvia platforms preferred, but not required.

Salary:
- Starting salary of $11/hour.
- After six months, salary will increase to $25/hour for exceptional performance.
- Salary increases will be evaluated on a monthly basis and determined in consultation with the candidate.
