Need help with answering phones and organising an event

I am planning to organise a 'party' in AGADIR, on the BEACH.
As I cannot do everything at once, a 'party' would mean looking for musicians, supplies and of course , selling tickets [ I want 30,000 people at my party!].

I need someone to telephone calls and run a diary desperately as my phone line is there but I am not there to answer the phone and I cannot sit on my mobile all the time as I will then miss talking to the people I wish to speak to in person.

This can be possible done remotely if I can find a way of diverting my land line number (which should be possible).
